Most orders are sent on a next day delivery service. To ensure your order is delivered next day, please order before 12pm.
Delivery services require parcels to be signed for.
We are a sub-distributors for many different nail companies, so don’t always have every item in stock. If we need to order a product in for you we will inform you via your email address.
If you are placing your first order with Nail Team Ltd via the website we may contact you and your order may be subject to a security check. Please ensure a valid telephone number is provided with your order if we do need to contact you and no valid number is supplied the order will not be dispatched until contact is made with the buyer.
Website users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their online account of their online account and login security. Nail Team Ltd reserves the right to terminate accounts or cancel orders. The buyer will not be charged for orders cancelled by Nail Team Ltd.
Nail Team Ltd reserves the right to restrict or refuse any order at anytime.

The seller shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond it’s control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire or Act of God.
Goods are subject to availability and any item, which is out of stock but where payment has been received, will be sent as soon as the item becomes available. Cancellations must be in writing either by mail or email.
Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
If you decide to cancel your order before it has been dispatched a fee of 5% will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of administration and Credit Card processing fees.
If cancelled after your order has been dispatched postage charges plus the 5% admin charge will be deducted from your refund and return of the parcel will be at the cost of the buyer. Refunds will not be given until the parcel has been received by Nail Team ltd in good re-sellable condition.
Claims for shortages or damaged goods
All goods received must be inspected on delivery and claims for shortages must be made with 24 hours.
In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty we will offer to replace these goods at no extra charge, or we will offer a full refund. The faulty goods must be returned, to enable us to claim off our supplier or couriers.
Faulty goods must be reported to Nail Team ltd within 5 working days. If we are not informed within this period a refund will not be given.
If returning faulty goods customers should inform us by email prior to returning the goods, you will then receive a reference number, which must be sent, with your parcel.
If your parcel is damaged upon delivery you are covered by postal insurance and you are advised not to sign for the parcel and to contact us as soon as possible for us to claim for the damaged items and resend your parcel. Any parcels that are refused a signature will be returned to us.
Goods are not offered on a sales or return basis. If goods have been returned in error a returns authorization must be requested and quoted with all returns and returned within 7 days of purchase.
We will only accept products back on the condition that the product(s) being returned are in perfect condition for re-sale.
We will not accept goods that have been used, opened and packages that seem to have been deliberately damaged or tampered with in any way.

Cancellations by telephone will not be accepted.
Goods must be returned within 30 days of the cancellation. You are responsible for the safe return of the cancelled product(s) and any postage charges that are incurred.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the returned product(s) being received.

Nail Team Ltd accepts no responsibility for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or miss-using equipment supplied by Nail Team Ltd. Colour swatches are as close as possible to the original product but please be aware some colours vary do to monitor display’s.
Nail Team Ltd offers products strictly to trade users only and does not sell directly to the general public. All sales made by Nail Team Ltd are to trade users only and Nail Team Ltd reserves the right to request details of Qualifications at anytime.
